Primary Responsibilities

Agendize is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to define its editorial calendar, content for target personas and delivery strategies via email, social media and more. As Agendize is a growing and dynamic company (Montreal office has doubled in past 12 months), the incumbent will both provide content to power Agendize’s sales and marketing presence while also creating and editing english-language content for all Agendize teams in offices serving markets in Europe, Latin America and North America.

The Digital Content Specialist will report and work closely with  the North American Marketing Manager as well as the Sales Team and our international marketing teams. Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of experience crafting professional, thoughtful and insightful content for B2B lead generation strategies and campaigns.

This includes:

  • Defining specifics of Agendize’s content marketing strategy for North America, including the structure and send patterns of email campaigns, advertising copy, seasonal editorial calendar, and other forms of placement in front of target audiences
  • Working and developing content for the above strategies, as well as for events, trade shows, white papers, blogs, newsletters, product updates, testimonial content, video scripts, etc
  • Translation and English-language editing of content originally produced in French
  • Share content via social media channels, conduct and execute on keyword analyses, communicate with customers and procure testimonials as required
  • Keeping up with and staying ahead of emerging industry themes and trends in developing both strategies and content for Agendize’s target market


  • Mastery of English writing, grammar and word usage
  • Mastery of French, written and spoken: Ability to understand and communicate in French when required, as well as translate documentation and UX/UI language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication preferred or in a related field

Extra Credit

  • Skilled in design, using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom or similar graphic design tools outside of the Adobe suite
  • Experience using WordPress CMS
  • Experience with Press and Public Relations
  • Ability in HTML/CSS
  • Experience with Google Analytics
