Agendize is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our innovative and solution-driven company.

The ideal candidate would be well-organized and adaptable to meet the developing needs of a growing company where new challenges/responsibilities will be given to employees who demonstrate resourcefulness, energy and a dedication to teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, part of our Customer Service and Project Management Team, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service for our US customers and partners through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity.
  • Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
  • Develop customer service programs and processes in order to provide outstanding service.
  • Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
  • Assist in training peers on improving customer support service.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Conduct customer surveys about the company’s service so as to obtain feedback.
  • Communicate customer feedback to product and marketing teams in order to develop processes and adapt the product for better serving customers.
  • Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends.

Required skills / Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar Customer Service role that includes issue resolution, training and implementation of best practices.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional phone, written and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Obsessively organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
